What is a Hook Bin?A Hook Bin is similar to a skip bin and generally has a greater carrying capacity. Hook Bins have lower sides making them easier to fill.

What is included when I order my bin?Our rates are inclusive of delivery, 7 day hire and pick up of the bin. Delivery and pick up times must fall between 6am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Additional charges will apply for weekend, public holiday or night drop off or pick up - 6pm to 6am. Please contact us for more information if you require delivery or drop off during these times.

Where can I put the bin?The bin should be placed on your private property. If the bin does not fit you may require a permit from your local council. We require minimum 3m width access for out trucks.

What do I need to consider when taking delivery of my bin?Some of the things you need to consider are trees, street poles, street signs, any form of lines (incl power, phone etc), narrow gates or driveways, essential service lines & pits etc. These can pose constraints on our ability to place bins where you would like it. We require a minimum of 3m width to access your property.

How much can I put in my bin?Bins can only be filled to the max fill line. If your bin is over this, then our drivers will not be able to safely transport the bin resulting in additional futile charges. The overloaded items must be removed prior to bin pick up.

Are there any additional charges?Our rates are inclusive of delivery, 7 day hire and pick up of the bin. Delivery and pick up times must fall between 6am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Additional charges will apply for weekend, public holiday or night drop off or pick up - 6pm to 6am. Please contact us for more information if you require delivery or drop off during these times. Additional charges will apply if your bin is reclassified i.e. if a concrete/brick bin is booked and other materials other than concrete, bricks & pavers are placed in the bin then this will incur a reclassification of waste type fee. An excess weight charge of $200/T +GST will be applied to bins that are loaded over the maximum allowable weight. A Futile Charge of $200 +GST will apply for unsuccessful services such as obstructed or overloaded bins.

What is the standard hire period?The standard hire period for our bins is 7 calendar days, with delivery and pick falling between 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday. If you require delivery or drop off outside of these times, please contact us so we can discuss your requirements.

Can I have the bin for as long as I want?The standard hire period for our bins is 7 calendar days. If you require a longer hire period, charges will apply. Please contact us so we can discuss your options.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the bin delivery to avoid any minimum charges. Please contact us for more information if required.

Do you take Asbestos in your bins?No asbestos can be placed in our bins. Please refer to additional information section for links to further information. PROHIBITED ITEMS list Note: if any asbestos material is found in our bins you will be responsible for all costs relating to correct handling and lawful disposal (including fines).

What items are not allowed in your bins?PROHIBITED ITEMS – Asbestos, Household/Regulated Waste, Hazardous Waste – such as paint, oil/liquids, food, chemicals, batteries, tyres, gas bottles etc. If found, then all associated costs for the appropriate transport and disposal will be charged to the customer.
